WHO WE ARE

At The Well, we are a community of people who come together to worship and grow in our faith. Our vision is to create a welcoming and inclusive church where Jesus' transformative love breaks down societal barriers and sparks conversations that lead to deeper understanding and unity among all people, regardless of their backgrounds or differences.

GUIDING PRINCIPLES

REDEMPTION

Redemption is a powerful core value that embodies the belief in personal and collective growth and positive change. It involves principles such as forgiveness, accountability, personal growth, empathy and compassion, hope and optimism, and restoration and reconciliation. Embracing redemption can help individuals and communities acknowledge past mistakes, take responsibility, and strive towards a better future.

ACCEPTANCE

Acceptance is a powerful core value key to building a more inclusive and harmonious society. By recognizing and supporting diverse lifestyles, backgrounds, and beliefs, we promote mutual respect, empathy, and cooperation among individuals. It requires an open-minded and non-judgmental attitude towards others, serving as a foundation for creating a safe and welcoming environment where everyone feels respected and valued."

GRACE

Grace as a core value is the embodiment of kindness, compassion, and understanding in the face of challenges and conflicts. It encompasses the ability to approach situations with empathy, forgiveness, and poise, even when faced with adversity. Embracing grace as a core value means choosing to respond with patience and dignity, showing respect for others and oneself, and maintaining a sense of humility and gratitude. By cultivating grace, individuals and communities can build stronger, more harmonious relationships, foster a culture of empathy and understanding, and navigate life's complexities with resilience and integrity.

LOVE

The love of Christ is a fundamental value in Christian belief, characterized by its selflessness, compassion, and inclusive nature. It inspires believers to practice kindness, empathy, and forgiveness towards others, and motivates acts of charity, service, and social justice. As guiding principle for moral decision-making, the love of Christ calls Christians to reflect his boundless and redemptive love in the world, striving for a more compassionate, just, and harmonious society.
